No matter how much we’ve talked via email or messages, I always schedule a t call—video call or in-person—to get a real feel for the energy and goals. This is where we determine if we’re truly aligned. If not, no hard feelings. Good design starts with good chemistry.

If we’re a good fit, we dive straight into the details—scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. I don’t leave you hanging with a vague proposal. Instead, I ask the right questions and we clarify everything together, right on the call. I believe friction in this stage only multiplies during the project—so if it flows now, it’ll flow later.

With insight in place, we shape the core of your brand: positioning, messaging, and communication tone. This becomes the strategic backbone — focused, intentional, and aligned with your goals and audience expectations.
Delivery
You’ll receive a tailored brand strategy document that acts as your roadmap. It outlines everything we’ve developed — along with clear next steps to bring the brand to life, whether that’s through visual identity, content, or customer experience.
