Discovery Call - Finding the Fit
No matter how much we’ve talked via email or messages, I always schedule a live call—video call or in-person—to get a real feel for the energy and goals. This is where we determine if we’re truly aligned. If not, no hard feelings. Good design starts with good chemistry.
Alignment & Project Scope
If we’re a good fit, we dive straight into the details—scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. I don’t leave you hanging with a vague proposal. Instead, I ask the right questions and we clarify everything together, right on the call. I believe friction in this stage only multiplies during the project—so if it flows now, it’ll flow later.
Project Kickoff
Discovery Workshop
We kick things off with a discovery workshop. This session helps me understand your business, your market, and your vision in depth. We go beyond surface-level answers to uncover what your brand really stands for—and what makes it different.
Mindmaps & Moodboards
Next I create mind maps and build moodboards that represent different creative directions your identity could take. These moodboards are then shared with you for feedback and alignment. Once we lock in the direction, the design phase begins.
Logo Ideation
With strategy and visual direction in place, I move into ideation. Exploring a broad range of creative concepts, sketching hundreds of ideas to uncover the strongest possible marks. These sketches stay behind the scenes—the focus is on refining the best ones.
Sketch to Vector
I narrow the sketches down to a curated selection of around 5 and present them in
black and white to highlight the core structure and concept—free from the influence of color or styling. This makes it easier to evaluate the true strength of each logo.
Brand Fitting
Now that we’ve landed on a logo direction, it’s time to test how it performs in your brand’s actual environment. I’ll build mockups and layout ideas to make sure it holds up in every context—on screens, signs, or business cards—and still communicates clearly.
Final Presentation & Sign-Off
In our final presentation, we review everything together—logo usage, variations, and rationale behind every choice. You’ll have the space to ask questions, provide final feedback, and approve the design once everything aligns. Only then do we move into final delivery.
